Nightscout (“CGM in the Cloud”) is a free, open-source system that collects your glucose values in real time and makes them accessible from anywhere: in the browser, on your phone and for your family.

Nightscout takes the values from your glucose sensor (CGM) and stores them in your own database. From this a live curve is created with trend, prediction and alarms: reachable at your own web address. You decide who is allowed to follow along.
